Feedback for active hand prosthesis
Trajlinek, Jan ; Sekora, Jiří (referee) ; Harabiš, Vratislav (advisor)
This thesis deals with the solution for feedback of active prostheses to ensure that it is as similar as possible to the biological somatosensory system, and at the same time to prevent any limitations to the patient and provide the patient with as much useful information about the sensual touch as possible. With regard to these factors, the system for the detection of forces acting on the limb and the subsequent transmission of this signal to the user´s limb is proposed. This system is designed particularly for an already constructed prosthesis manufactured by Ing. Štěpán Brázdil within the diploma thesis from 2020. The thesis describes the biological response, on which all substitutive and artificial responses are based on. The thesis then further describes these substitutive and artificial responses and aims to find solution, how the biological response can be more or less replaced.
